Not sure why this ended up in the drums section?

If it has a sample player type instrument, and uses MIDI control I would say yes..

How do i do it?

I haven't a Juno G, or FL Studio, so that's a tricky one to answer..

Well this is the same question as above...
Via a MIDI interface is one option.
USB connection, providing you have a compatible OS on your computer.

Samples; possibly, despends if there's a 'app' inside for sample playback. The bundled Sonar is LE (Lite Edition), so may not have all the features of your FL software. There is "ACID format loop" support, so I would say a definite maybe.
Rcommended; Both a 'Roland' products, and a version comes with the Juno G. You aren't forced to use it, it's there to help you along.
You've a choice of either Sonar, or FL.
Whatever works best for you.

First thing you need to do is get the Juno G talking to your computer..

I reckon there's room for both the PC and Juno for audio, depending on what you're doing:

If you want to play and edit "longer" samples (such as loops, guitar parts, and drum tracks) then DEFINITELY do it on your PC rather than the Juno. The Juno's great for audio "Ideas capture" but mega slow at loading long samples (like an entire guitar track for a song).

Having said that, If you want to load up some quick "one shot" type samples or a kit (like in the "Say It" demo song), then you can use the Juno G PC editor to tweak WAV file samples and push them up to the Juno. If you have Version 2.0 firmware, you can then assign these to the big buttons on the Juno and "fire" them whilst recording either to the internal sequencer or to Cubase / Sonar. Alternatively, you can play the sample across the keyboard. You can then sequence the button / key presses in the internal or external sequencer.

If you want to do it all inside a PC DAW (sample play back and triggering) and your current DAW won't do what you want, there are probably a bunch of free VST instruments (standard plug-ins) that will do what your looking for. These work in Cubase, Sonar and any other VST host software (see http://freemusicsoftware.org for ideas).

This is all only my opinion of course, and everyone has their own way of working I guess.
I didn't even originally want to use a computer DAW, I wanted to do everything on the Juno G and my Boss BR1200. But after doing a lot of Audio work online (Kompoz.com), I moved to Cubase LE 4 and wondered how I ever managed working with audio files without a mouse and a big screen.

I don't know if that helps or makes it worse?
