Sending in the BOSS BR-600 for repair from Spain

The title says it all...I need to send my unit in for repair. I've had it for a little over two years, so I don't think the warranty will cover it...anyway, how would I go about sending it in to get it fixed given that I am in Spain? Where is the closest place to ship it to and what are the costs and policies? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I'm sorry to say that we are unable to help with shipping from Spain to the UK. Could you find a local service agent who can help? If not, you could book it in by calling +441792702701. You should be able to get a returns number then send it with an international courier firm local to you (UPS, FedEx, etc)
Once the repar is carried out (it will be chargable unless you purchased new from an authorised Roland UK dealer, and have proof of purchase.)
Your BR600 will then be returned though your are likely to also be charged for return shipping costs. As I said, I believe it would be better if you can find a local service agent.
