Hi All,

I hope you can help, for some reason my usb audio connection between my mac and VG-99 has become faulty...

I can still record into my DAW (in this case Logic Pro 8) via the usb connection, but cant get any playback

I've reinstalled the drivers,

I've fiddled with the settings on the unit and via the editor

Even system audio via the VG99 usb is kaput!

Any ideas!?

I dont know about the Mac, or if you ever found a solution, but on the PC, Vista with the VB-99, i had a similar situation which i resolved by by selecting the sound device for the VB99 as the default. Basically with everything connected, i went into configuration/Sound and selected the VB-in device which was visible in the list of audio devices, then selected that as the default. Now it auto recognises when ever the VB99 is plugged in.
