Hi everyone,

Just a quick question for you:

I know you can use the Roland TD-10 brain as a trigger-to-midi converter (e.g. to expand the trigger inputs on an SPD-S or to play software samples)

http://www.vdrums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33201

but can you do the same thing with a TD-8? I'm new to this game!

Thanks,
Tom

I assume this is after you've fixed the PSU problem?

P151 onwards of the manual will explain how to send MIDI data from the TD-8.

Just a quickie!

It works in exactly the same way as the TD10, but the TD8 has less trigger inputs.
