juno d not working

i have a big problem with my juno d, when turned on all you get is just the backlight you can't see anything on the lcd just the backlight no sounds from the keyboard.
its possibleto fix this problem?

Everything is fixable, but depending on what is actuallo wrong will depend on if it is economical to do so. It sounds like you have had a pretty big failure. If you are in the UK, and purchased new from an authorised dealer, you will have a 3 year warranty. Just call your retailer to arrange a repair. If they are unhelpful, call our customer services team on 01792702701. They can make arrangements for a repair with you. You may need the serial number and a proof of purchase when you call, so please have them ready.

If you are in a different territory, please contact you local dealer anyway. They should have access to repair facilities.

If you purchased the instrument secondhand, then you may have a warranty with the seller, but not Roland UK. We can still arrange a repair but you will be charged for it.

The last time I saw a Juno D with this problem, it was repaired under warranty. The mainboard was replaced as a precaution. This may not be an expensive repair.
