All current E series keyboards which accept memory cards are limited to using memory cards with a maximum capacity of 1Gb. However, I have found a compact flash card which has a capacity of 2GB which works in E80/60/50. It is extremely important to note, that I have tried other 2GB cards, and the instruments have not recognised these at all, so be careful! excaim

The specification of the card which works is as follows:

Lexar Premium Series 2GB Compact Flash Card 80x spreed 12MB/Sec. Product code CF2GB-80-715

I have now got 3 of these working, and the E80 reports the amount of memory available correctly. I purchased them all from Currys.

This will be useful to those of you wishing to load them up with mp3's for your E80s. grin

I just bought E-80 keyboard and I am confused of which PC-Card and memory type (Microdrive-CF-SD SmartMedia) to buy regarding speed to quality cards, and as I read lately Roland E-80 can now support up to 4GB memory so which PC-Card and memory type do you suggest?

Thanks guys
