I have just started with this model but can't see the clear way to set a mtronome from the instruction manual. Plenty on time signatures etc .

Can anyone give me a simple starter guide?

Hi All,

You need to turn on the rhythm unit, and set the arrangement to P50 Metronome. This will give you a click track to help play in time before adding drums.

Yes, I spent a couple of hours trying to figure this out. There's no mention of time signature in the manual's index. I finally found the beat that I wanted 'way down at the end of the list of preset patterns for drums. Press the Rhythm ON button, then the Pattern button, and then just keep scrolling. I needed 6/8 time. I don't record artificial drums, so this works for me. The metronome now "dings" on the appropriate beat.
