Just read that Windows 7 goes live on 10/22/2009! The story remains the same though! The Release Candidate has been out for months and even when first offered by Microsoft for trial use, it was clear that the operating system was as good as done and that has proved to be the case with very few updates being required since I started the trial!
So it beggars belief that Roland, the foremost music technology company in the world, some would argue, have only recently released 64 bit windows vista drivers and of course they do not work with Windows 7!
My point is simple, Roland, could have released beta drivers to use alongside the Windows 7 RC but didn't and now that the Full Version is out in 18 days time, are we going to see a Windows 7 driver for any or all of their products???
Windows 7 is going to and has put Vista in the shade as many have remarked already, so what is the problem in trying to keep up the pace with new operating systems and offering the millions of Roland product users a seamless transition from vista to 7??
Over to you Roland!!!!

I have used the GT-10 Windows Vista 64 drivers successfully on Windows 7-64.
I recall you have to run the installer in Vista compatability.

So the GT - 10 driver should work with the UA-25EX interface I recently bought???
How do you install in Vista Compatability mode - I am not that much of a tech head I'm afraid!!!

Because I have a piece of brand new purchased equipment that I cannot use with my PC and I am obviouly frustrated. Sorry about the "!" and "?" but put yourself in my/or shoes - I know I am not the only one unhappy with the apparent lack of support from Roland/Edirol - check out the other posts re Vista 64bit and windows 7....

RPC1 is not a current product. The technology was passed over to MAudio who made a version of the card for some time also. They also took on responsibilty for all drivers for this board at that time. So you may have to check the MAudio website for a 64bit windows 7 driver for the Delta R-Bus card.
