I've had my BR-600 for almost 2 years with no problems at all, but the other night I plugged it into my computer to export a file and was greeted with a message saying something like "Windows Vista has found problems with this product. Scan and fix? (recommended)". So I clicked "scan and fix" and now the file with the music tracks has completely disappeared. The Roland file is still there, but when I click it the window "choose the programme you want to use to open this file" appears.

Could anybody please help me out with this problem?

Hi Andy.

This is because Windows sees the BR as an external drive.

Vista had seen the file contents and thought "This looks like it shouldn’t be here" - And deleted / rearranged the file system.
