What a load of garbage,rubbish,[censored].
Bought a GT10, and I doesn't work as advertised.
The windows7 32bit usb driver will not install.
Whats the point of putting a driver update on your site
that does not work.
Never again will I buy a Roland product,
and on every forum I go on I will make my feelings
known about Roland.
Why I didnt go with Guitar rig I will never know!
RUBBISH, what is the point of putting a USB interface on
something that doesn't do anything?
VERY VERY DISAPOINTED
Have you tried asking for help?
I know the drivers work OK, with the GT-10 editor software i have written, about 80,000 users have mostly had no problems using Windows Xp 32, Windows Vista 32 and Windows 7 32 & 64bit and MacOsx version drivers.
Most of the driver issues have been from user error while installing the driver, which must happen like this..
First "DO NOT PLUG IN THE GT-10 USB TO THE COMPUTER BEFORE THE DRIVER IS INSTALLED, THIS WILL CAUSE INSTALL FAILURE."
Install the dirver software first, then when it asks for the GT-10 USB connection, plug in the GT-10 and switch it on. Then complete the install.
To use the advanced driver features of the GT-10, on the GT-10 press SYSTEM, scroll >>> to USB, hit ENTER, and set the USB driver mode to "advanced", and re-start the GT-10. This will allow the ASIO driver and midi features to be enabled.
The USB features work very well, you can use the GT-10 as an external soundcard, and use Guitar Rig pluggins with your GT-10, use the Boss Librarian for transfering new patches or re-arranging existing ones, or use GT-10FxFloorBoard editor to graphically see the GT-10 settings and tweak in realtime.
