Hey, I am looking to buy a new sythesizer and i am not sure what is the best for me?
I can play the piano and would like to make up all diferent types of songs. (Using Apegiators*)
Please can someone give me there views!

If your looking to make songs I don't think that Arpeggators alone would do it, most Synths have arps but not many have multiple arps and you would need that (at least) construct a song. The word synthesizer these days could mean one of many things, I would by something like a Fantom G7 for song production, its basically a wavetable synth with a sequencer bolted on it with a host of other featurs you will (in time) get to enjoy. It will have drum Samples and patterns to help you to produce a song. Unlike a say V-Synth GT, to construct a song on it would be pretty difficult unless you have many years practice programing synths, samples etc, even then it would limit you.

Go for a Workstation, and spend as much as you can, cos once you get the bug you could soon find that you will need more functionality than what you would get from a lesser machine.
