Erasing on VS2000

I have a VS2000 which I have used successfully for a while. I am now needing more space but when I go to erase a project It tells me that it is erasing but when it is finished the project does not appear to have been erased. Any help?

dude Im having the same problem man, saying its deleting projects and then not doing it can anyone help.

Also did you find any cures @johnfiddle?
