Hello there.
I own a digital intelligent piano Roland KR-103 for 4 years. I am very pleased with this instrument.
But 2 days ago when I switched it on, there came a message on my screen for 2 seconds that said '' LOADSYS'' and after that ''INSDSK#1''.
Does somebody knows what's that problem that I' m having.
The buttons doesn't respond and also when I play there is no sound coming out.

Thank u very much,

John.

Hello John.

Sorry to hear you've a problem, certainly is an enigma.

I can only guess at what has happened.
I think the internal battery has failed, and the keyboard has lost all it's settings.
It looks as if it's lost it's operating system too, which is very usual.

Did the keyboard come with any system floppy disks?
There doesn't appear to be a downloadable file I can find, and a quick scan of the manual didn't make any mention of any system disks.

Certainly contact Roland about it, they might have a better idea to what may have happened, and it's probably the only source of the system disks.

Dear S.E.A.,

Thank u very much for your respond.
Unfortunately there wasn't any floppy disks in the package when I bought the piano.
I've already contact Roland, but they told me that I have to send it to them.
But I want to avoid that, because it's maybe something easy to fix from home.
