Hello. I´m considering to buy a used Juno-d, and wanted to know: can the d-beam and "synth knobs" be used as midi controllers? (eg. for controlling the "expression" cc in sonar?) And if they can´t, does the juno d has any midi controllers beside the modulation/pitch wheel?
Thank you.

The top 3 synth controls are assignable, so yes they can be used as MIDI controllers.
The cut-off, and resonance controls are fixed to that function, but should still send the CC data (CC 71 resonance CC 74 cutoff).

The D beam control can be assigned to various duties (see P 31 of manual), and it can generate the necessary MIDI data accordingly.

In addition, they keyboard can generate after-touch.

It would make a useful MIDI controller, plus a reasonable tone source too.
