I,ve got a br 8. . . . all I need to know is can I export information / recordings to my pc and then ultimatley a Cubase 5 set up . . . . .if so how , please.
There is a small converter program that converts the audio files stored on the ZIP disk to .WAV files the PC would understand. It only works on Win 2000 / XP machines, and it would need a ZIP drive.
There are stereo outs / digital out so you could just record that directly into the PC if it has an audio interface.
If you wanted to keep each track separately, then providing Cubase was set to receive MTC, and MMC from the BR-8 you could record the audio 2 tracks at a time.
