I bought a BOSS DS1 in 1978 and its still going but........ the rubber grommit where the little screw goes into the pedal has perished and its making the operation a bit hit or miss - can I still get just the little bit of rubber?

And errrr where from if I can.

might be better off making a new grommet, or visiting your local grommet shop and peruse their fine selection of parts.

Went to grommet shop - nee grommets that fit so I will shortly be losing a finger as I attempt to make one!!!!

But what will I use - suggestions please?

Decided against this as when I press the footswitch the signal is cut momentarily and I don't like the gap - about to explore a non BOSS solution to the problem.
