I am really in need of some help!! I purchased a GT-10 a while back and have never really got to grips with it, so I have decided to spend some time learning. I didn't have much hair to start with but I have none now. I cannot work out how to download patches and install them onto my GT-10. I am using an imac with OSX Snow Leopard and I think that I have made the correct adjustments re. USB settings. I think that I am just thick. Many thanks in advance.

Have you installed the correct software and GT-10 USB drivers from the BOSS US website?
I also have a patch editor software which will work on the mac here..
http://gtx.tinfoilmusic.net/GT10-download.html
which has an assortment of around 1500 patches which can load into the editor for auditioning, and also can be saved into the GT-10.
For the USB midi to work, the GT-10 USB setting must be on 'advanced mode', by pressing the GT-10 SYSTEM button and scroll >>> to USB option.
