Hello all,
I have hunted around for a solution for a few weeks now and to no avail! My new FA-66 is not recognised by my Macbook (late '06 model, Core2Duo, 2GB RAM, Snow leopard 10.6.2) when plugged in. It does not seem to be detected at all by the coreaudio system and does not appear in any of the preference panes, and I really am at my wits end!
Some key points:
The interface works fine in standalone mode with the power adapter
When plugged into the firewire bus the power light comes on, but none of the buttons (e.g. the digital sync button) respond.
I have also tried to use the device on a fresh install of Tiger (10.4.8) which should support the device, but that doesn't work either!
Does anyone have any ideas?
