A newbie here also, or in modern internet speak, a n00b!
Anyway, I digress...
Anybody remember the rather fantastic Roland E-70 ? I used to love this machine. Bright piano, wonderful sounds and that bass speaker underneath. WHERE CAN I GET ONE ?!??! The E series was unfortunately followed by the E17, E36 (I think) et al. I say unfortunate as the build was far inferior, as were the speakers.
So you Roland enthusiasts... Why would I decide to buy an electric piano from the Roland range, over & above Yamaha, Technics and all. Why would I do that ???
