Roland Duo Capture EX & iPad problem connecting

[size=1]Got the Roland Duo Capture EX and when we hooked it into the iPad (new iPad w/Retinal Display) with the Lightening Camera USB Connect, it says "cannot use device" "connected USB devise is not supported" "attached accessory uses too much power".
Can you help? If this is the case I need to return this item.
Please let me know what you think.[/size]

output stops occasionally while triggering in spd 20

what happen to my spd 20. few days back it is encountered a problem that when i am playing on spd 20 suddenly for 1 0r 2 sec output sound stops and again coming and it is keep on going. please tell what is the complaint and what to do to resolve the complaint.

Hi to everybody. Is it true that these two product can not work together because the PK25 transmit on channel 2 and C-230 expect the bass part on channel 14? Any solutions? Thanks!!!!

Hi can anyone please help I have downloaded mp3 backing tracks to a usb memory stick which I have converted to wave format but when I press audio player it tells me that there are no audio files available any ideas thanks

TD12 Internal crosstalk

Have a TD12 set. When you press the HH pedal, the HH close sound is heard. Then when you release the HH pedal, the HH release sound is heard and also the tone selected for Tom 3 Head is heard. It sounds like an internal problem since unplugging the Tom 3 cable from the TD12 module does not change anything. It still triggers a Tom 3 sound when operating the HH pedal. But if you Edit Tom 3 by taking the volume of the Tom 3 Head to 0 (in Mixer) then the Tom 3 sound when operating the HH pedal goes away (of course it also eliminates the ability to use the Tom 3 head). It seems like it is an internal crosstalk problem. Anybody else experience anything like this? Any solutions?

Can you disable metronome click on audio output

I'm recording my TD11-KV via the USB audio output.
When I'm playing it's useful to hear the metronome click. However the problem is that the metronome click is recorded along with the drums in my DAW s/w (EnergyXT). This is definitely not what I want.
I've searched through the settings, but there appears to be no way to exclude the metronome from the audio output. I can't believe this isn't possible.
Does anyone know how to disable this on the audio ouput?

PD-105 round decal

Hi, Newby here....

I have a TD-9 kit which I am startng to upgrade and have just bought a PD-105 snare. The Roland sticker underneath the drum head had some marks/tears in it and although aesthetic, can anybody tell me if they are replaceable or available to order?

Edirol FA-66 Windows 7 64-bit driver install will not finish!

Hi there,

I have an Edirol FA-66 audio interface that runs in to my computer's firewire port. I picked up the new Windows 7 64-bit drivers from here and followed the instructions found in their readme file exactly, ensuring I plugged in everything in the correct order, etc.

Basically, the setup file opens a "FA-66 Driver Setup" window and installs a few things and then comes to a screen that says:

"Please connect the FA-66 to your computer and turn on the power of the FA-66. Please wait for a moment; setup will automatically start preparing for use of the FA-66."

So I plug it in and Windows recognizes it and successfully installs a driver called "FA-66 Sub".

Now, according to the readme:

"When the 'Installation has been completed.' message appears, installation has been completed. Click [Close] to close the "Driver Setup" dialog box."

But that message never appears. The Driver Setup window just hangs at the "Please wait for a moment..." state and both the 'Back' and 'Next' buttons are greyed-out.

I have to assume that it's supposed to recognize the successful driver install and give me a "Close" option, but the only thing I can do it hit 'Cancel' at which point it tells me that the installation was not successful and prompts me to run the Uninstall file. If I skip the uninstall and check my device settings, the Edirol does not appear as an option for Input/Output, so it clearly did not install correctly.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or possibly know what might be causing it?

Case for TD11

I'll probably be using my TD11-KV on gigs, and I noticed that a condition of my insurance is that

"While being transported, at all times, the insured item must be securely
packed in a suitable protective musical instrument case."

Is there a specific case available for the kit? If you own one of these kits, how do you protect it during transportation?

Juno Di Song Player/MIDI Implementation

I recently purchased this excellent keyboard to use as a top board and I am dead pleased with it. My only snag is that I cannot for the life of me get the song player to play MIDI files correctly.

The song player seems to have no trouble at all with drum tracks but all the others are missing. Any ideas?
